Ruth Geos lives and works in San Francisco. Her studio, at Hunters Point Shipyard in San Francisco, has been her working and creative base, since 1986. Her distinctive and original work, drawing on bird feathers, gold and poetry, reaches for the ecstatic edges of life and thought. Her work was most recently shown in Matter and Color: Betlem & Geos, Davison Gallery, Roberts Wesleyan College, Rochester, NY, and is represented in private collections in the United States and Europe.
To quote the words of Emily Dickinson: “Beauty is nature’s fact.”
